Job Description:
Boys Town Louisiana is seeking a Program Implementation Specialist (Compliance) to assist in the expansion of our Early Head Start Program. The Program Implementation Specialist (Compliance) serves an active and facilitative role in the measurement, analysis, planning, technical support and systemic improvement of the program. This position also collaborates with Site program leaders, external partners, Pro gram Fidelity and support departments to promote the successful start-up, implementation and performance of the assigned program(s). As our Program Implementation Specialist (Compliance) for our Early Head Start program, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating required internal and external resources necessary for implementation.
• Collaborating internally and with providers to ensure initiatives are being implemented according to approved scope, schedule, budget, and objectives.
• Utilizing reporting tools to support effective and efficient measurement, analysis, and communication of program performance, progress, and compliance.
• Disseminating and implementing program best practices and enhancements.
• Working closely with program leadership, external contract providers and Program Fidelity to jointly diagnose implementation issues and develop effective solutions.
• Coordinating the start-up and program planning proc ess for any program expansions.
• Leading the navigation to access organizational resources and build consensus regarding program implementation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitoring and analyzing program performance and making recommendations as appropriate.
• Providing input to managers regarding internal and external resource performance issues.
• Supporting and facilitating the collaboration, development, and enhancement of key program processes and systems for the purpose of improved efficiencies.
• Preparing monitoring, evaluation, and progress reports for the stakeholders.
• Escalating issues to leadership when required.
• Providing site specific program consultation and technical support as assigned.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Other Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience working with children; experience working in child care centers, working knowledge of the Boys Town models, and previous program development implementation and facilitation experience preferred.
• Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and business skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and MS office, including Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Presentation development and delivery skills.
• Skills in organization and facilitation of performance meetings.
